Gus is estimated to be between 18m-2y of age. We are hoping to have an age test sponsored for him. If you'd like to sponsor his testing, please let us know!
Gus' DNA test results are pending and will be posted as soon as they become available.
This handsome gentlemen was removed from a home following a domestic incident and when the family was contacted to reclaim him, they said they were not interested so he was scheduled for euthanasia. Thankfully, we were contacted about the situation and after speaking with the APS officer in charge, emergency placement with us was approved. Dogs should not lose their lives due to a toxic home environment created by humans. They deserve thoughtful placement, guidance and a chance to thrive in the right environment,

Gus is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Gus is house trained, crate trained and a ton of fun to play with.

His adoptive family will receive 4 complimentary training sessions should they feel the need for them.
Gus loves every human he has met but can be selective with other dogs. Due to his nibbly nature, he is best in a home with children over 5 years of age.

He loves belly rubs, snacks, ear scratches and playing with anything that squeaks or whips around.
​
Meet and greets for potential pack mates would be needed.
