Misfit Holiday Raffle tickets are open for purchase by anyone as a form of donation to Misfit Ranch Rescue. However, you must be 18 years of age or older and physically in the state of Nevada at time of purchase to win. Nevada residency is not required. Most prizes must be redeemed in person in Las Vegas. Misfit Ranch is not responsible should the winner of a prize be unable to redeem their prize due to their location. Some of the raffle prizes have an age restriction of 21 years of age or older to redeem. A winner who does not meet the minimum age requirements to redeem their prize can gift the prize to someone who is 21 years of age or older. Replacement prizes due to age restrictions are not available. Raffle ticket purchases must be made online through the fundraising link provided. Ticket purchase will be available from 8:00 am PST on 12/09/24 through 12:00 pm PST on 12/15/24. 2 for 1 raffle ticket purchases may be available in person on 12/15/24 at a location determined by the Misfit Ranch team until 7:00 pm PST. Misfit Ranch accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or unpaid for. All correctly completed and purchased entries will be entered into an automated, electronic prize draw which will take place on December 15th, 2024 at 7:01 pm PST. The list of winners will be provided to the Misfit Ranch team no later than 9:00 pm on 12/15/24 by the company performing the automated draw. One raffle ticket purchase equals one chance to win. Those purchasing multiple raffle tickets are eligible for multiple prizes. Winners will be notified through the contact information provided at time of raffle ticket purchase no later than 8:00 pm on 12/16/24. Digital prizes, such as certificates and eCards, will be delivered electronically through email and/or text. Physical prizes, such as card and certificates, will be shipped no later than 12/18/24 or delivered in person no later than 12/23/24. Redemption of prizes is at the sole discretion of the prize sponsor. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, prize sponsors reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. Winners must contact prize sponsor for prize redemption. Grand prize resort packages are provided by Elite Island Resorts and do not include transportation to/from resort. Additional fees may apply. Misfit Ranch and its agents will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the raffle. Winner's first name and last initial will be listed as the prize winner for the conclusion of this fundraiser and may opt in to being tagged on social media. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
